Beautifully painted portrait of Victorian lady wearing huge hat with red bows/feathers
under domed glass (?) - no scratches on glass

Backing is almost mirror-like with tiny discoloration spots
Pin is firmly placed and works well
Back of frame is marked 800
This pin is just lovely and very unique and is in excellent condition
