Antique Primitive Carved Wood Speculaas Springerle Cookie Mold Press - Rooster

Description

Listed is an old, primitive Carved Wood Cookie Mold / Press with an artistic figure I believe to be a Rooster.  The Mold / Press measures approximately 9-1/4 inches tall, 6-3/8 inches wide and a little over an inch thick.  The thickness is pretty uniform (see photos) but has bark on one edge/corner (photos #6, #10 and #11).  The mold is about 1/4 inch recessed.  There are a few rough places in the wood as shown in photos.  Generally, in good condition for its age.  Please look at all photos as they are part of the item description.  The wood is light brown but a little darker than it appears in the photos.  Actual color is best represented in photo #1.
