    Being offered is this very old antique scarf holder ? or hair barrette ? Appears to be silverplated. The bar on back is easily bendable, so likely made of pewter. Measures 2 3/8" in height x 1 1/2" wide. Very old! Likely late 1800's. Purchased with other fine English antiques.
