on this stunning Victorian chalcedony and garnet brooch set in an ornate brass setting with a barley twist bezel.  The center garnet is  accented by a lovely brass vine and leaf surround, which adds interest the the white chalcedony stone. The brooch  measures approximately 2 x 1.6 inches.  It closes with an old fashioned Clasp.  It has been cleaned and polished and is ready to wear or gift wrap.
