THE TOP OR HEAD MEASURES 3/4" X 1/4" AND FEATURES A MARQUISE CUT GLASS FAUX RUBY THAT MEASURES APPROXIMATELY 1/2 CARAT AND SECURELY SET IN THE TWISTED LOOP IS A CREAMY WHITE SEED PEARL! IT HAS CERTAINLY BEEN WORN, IS IN NICE CONDITION AND GOOD WORKING ORDER!
