The Condition is "Used". There is a small nick out of the Teddy’s bears nose on the top of the stamp (The detail/display see photo). You could touch it up with paint or a marker but I will leave that to the new owner to decide. It is priced accordingly for the small imperfection. The actual stamp the clay portion is in tack and has no issues. Sure to make darling cookie treats or display it with your other stamps.
