Beautiful vintage item from 1996 features a 1.5" tall winged blond, blue-eyed cupid looking pensive, resting its face in its hands. Lovely floral garland surrounds the handle and the base of the handle. A crest reads Brown Bag Cookie Art 1996 Cupid No. 16.
Measures 3.5" wide by 5" tall. Made in China.
