Charming Victorian Gold Fill Bar Pin Horse Shoe Stock Tie Equestrian

Victorian Gold Fill Bar Pin. Stone not tested, but probably quartz. The shoe appears to be made of silver and has great detail. It has a conical attachment to the bar, which allows it to rotate. See photos. Would make a great stock tie pin. Measures just under 2” long. Questions welcome.
