If you are concurrently buying a custom/personalized print from me, (Custommilitaryart) and you wish to add your military ribbons to the design, then you’re at the right place. (I wish we could have done this all on the original listing page, but EBay’s pricing tools don’t support it.)
I can draw all current and past United States Military Service Ribbons. When ordering you can refer to your ribbon(s) by name (Google is an excellent resource, as is your DD214), or you can send me a picture. I will also include the appropriate ribbon device at no additional charge (star, oak leaf cluster, arrowhead, etc.) If you are requesting a ribbon issued by a foreign government, please be prepared to send me a picture of it.
Use this listing in the same manner as you did when you ordered your print, and to avoid any confusion, please use the same email address you used to order your print. It would be helpful if you included your list of requested ribbons with this order, or otherwise, Shannon will contact you by email to gather that information.

DELIVERY  DELAYS

Excluding Holidays, we normally ship your purchase within 24 hours of your approval to ship. We have always received reliable service from the USPS, and your print will ship to you via First Class U.S. Mail.
That being said, the good folks at the Post Office (like the rest of the world) have implemented a myriad of pandemic protocols. These, coupled with severe staff shortages, have shown deliveries that routinely used to take just days to arrive are now taking weeks. We provide a tracking number for every parcel we ship, but we have absolutely no control or influence over its arrival once it leaves our hands. Please be patient and expect that your print may take three to four weeks for delivery.
