    Antique Dress Clip/Hair Ornament With Rhinestones
    Circa. 1890                  France
    Firstly, the piece is in great condition!   Survived as a pristine clip     The double-prong spring mechanism works perfectly. Can be worn horizontally or vertically in the hair.          Will also  work with a dress or a fur.    Marked "Depose" on the back of the clip.    The style is triple crescent moon, all in perfect paste stones.
    29 brilliant stones  set in a metal with a Japanned finish.    The pin/clip measures 1 1/2 inches in height  x  1 1/4 inches wide.    Hallmarked with Depose.    The weight is 8.4 g.    5.4 dwt
