Cancellation
Per eBay policy regarding cancellation, we are only obligated to accept a cancellation within 1 hour of the time you placed your order… but beyond that hour, you may contact us, and we will still consider it.  Cancellation fee charged by Paypal will be deducted from your refund.

We use UPS Mail Innovations for 48 contiguous US states and USPS for Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, the Virgin Islands and APO/FPO addresses with flat rate shipping. UPS requires a physical address and does not deliver to PO Box addresses.

Please make sure to provide the correct shipping address during checkout, as the address cannot be changed after checkout.  Double check it to be sure.  We have no way of knowing in advance, if the address is incorrect, so we will not take responsibility for any incorrect or undeliverable addresses.
We do not ship on week-ends and holidays.
Orders placed on week-ends /major holidays are queued for processing the next business day. Shipments dispatch Monday - Friday.
Estimated delivery time up to 6-9 business days including handling time. If the item doesn't reach your destination within the time limit, please give it an additional 1-2 business days in case of postal delays and/or possible technical issues. If it takes any longer than that, please do not hesitate to contact us to resolve the issues.

Return Policy
You have 14 days from the date you received your purchase, to return it for a full refund, subject to the following conditions:
“The date you received your purchase” means, specifically, the date the carrier has on record that they delivered the package to your house.  If you are uncertain of this date, check online with the tracking number, to see what date is on record for the delivery.
If the item arrived in good condition and is not defective or damaged, and you are returning it just because you don’t like it or you changed your mind, then you will receive a refund only for the total price of the item itself (original shipping is non-refundable), and you must pay the return shipping. The item must be returned in a new or unused, unmarked, unwashed or original condition with all original material included with the shipment.
If the return is a result of our error/defective product or the item was damaged in transit, we will refund the full price of the item, as well as the original shipping cost.  In this case, if you wish, we will replace the product with a new one.
Inspect your item upon arrival. Damaged and/or missing item claims will not be honored if reported past 2 days of delivery. Claims must be submitted in writing and are processed once per order. A photo of the damaged item is required.  Processing is quickest if the claim and photo(s) are sent via email.
Whatever the reason, once you decide to return the item, please contact us as soon as possible for instructions on how to return it.
The item is considered “returned” on the date the carrier has on record, that they delivered the item back to our warehouse.  In some cases, our supplier will not allow a refund unless this date occurs before the 14 days have elapsed, so it is important that you act promptly, or else we cannot guarantee the refund.  In these cases, we may refuse the returned package.
Other information:  eBay regulations dictate that we must process your refund within 6 days from the date the carrier has on record that your return was delivered to our warehouse or supplier, even if that occurs before your 30 days have elapsed.
