Original Hand-printed Chevy Soap Box Derby Registration Poster

SUPER RARE large poster, looks to be lithoed / half-tone base, w/ actual hand-screened color atop. Ink is solid like silk-screen; has tape marks where it was to be hung in dealer window.
The color is closer to the 'red' tone, almost neon in intensity, like fluorescent inks. VERY bright. It is >not< magenta; the sky is being reflected in the paper.  It is red w/ yellow-orange and navy inks.
26" x 43", has been folded, which - arguably - adds character, tho' a good framer can settle the paper and frame it under glass. Bottom corner abraded, as shown, maybe the date was printed here?
