Rare French Coca-Cola Poster Empire State Building, Chrysler, Statue of Liberty

Please excuse my crude technique of holding down this poster with four hardware pieces, and the many glare spots from light which is a result of the rippling in the poster.
31&1/4" x 23&11/16", I do not see a date but why would the original World Trade Center
be left out unless this predates its (1973) completion? So fair to assume this was before that time frame. Yes it shows vertical rippling but if it was framed under glass and therefore pressed down etc, that would pretty much correct that imperfection. Along lower right edge there is a rip that was taped from behind (see pics 6-7, with pic 7 including white arrow pointing to it), and at lower left corner (pic 8) is diagonal crease. There are other wrinkles but they are milder, some along edges. A hole appears at each corner (see final pics).
