Description

This is the 2016 New Orleans Jazz and Heritage Festival poster depicting the Marsalis royal family of jazz in the cross-section of a New Orleans mansion (House of Swing). This is a limited edition of 750 signed in pencil by their late father Ellis (dec'd) and sons Wynton, Branford, Jason and Delfeayo.  They are depicted with their instruments with Ellis at the piano on the first floor. Printed on 100% rag paper. Signatures appear at the bottom and also includes the signature of the artist, Paul Rogers. This edition is known as a "Remarque" and once all 750 are sold, no more will be printed and signed.  Very rare on the open market as most are in the hands of collectors.
