EP (European Preparation) specifies that the raw beans are all hand sorted to remove any defective beans and foreign material.
    ROAST PROFILE
Similar to its neighboring Kenya coffee, this Tanzanian single origin coffee exhibits
a very fine body and brightness along with an exquisite balance and a zesty, clean tasting cup.
We like this coffee best at a medium roast. Great balance, not to extreme in any of its tones and a cup everyone will love. Be in for a tasty treat. Try extending the roast to build a little more body and undertones.
    FARM PROFILE
Our Tanzania Grade AA coffee is farmed on the volcanic slopes of the world famous Mt. Kilimanjaro by a family-owned coffee Estate.
The Shari Estate has been owned and managed by the Watamu family for three generations. Shari has 850 acres of coffee, a newly renovated wet-mill, and a dry mill facility, which ensures quality control and traceability throughout the entire process. The farm also produces honey with its 250 bee hives spread around the estate.
