    CUP PROFILE
This coffee shines with tropical fruit flavors and subtle key lime notes that pop as the cup cools. The acidity is soft but has a tangy black tea with orange aspect that is offset by a lovely caramel-chocolate body. This bright African coffee is both refreshing and complex, with a hint of blackcurrant,
reminiscent of a good Bordeaux wine.
    ROAST PROFILE
    Medium Roast
    develops
smooth, mellow floral tones with caramelized flavor of tangerine peel, cocoa and spices that melt in your mouth.
    Dark Roast
extracts syrupy dark chocolate tones, a creamy caramel mouthfeel and the finish is marked by a honey note making for a pleasant interplay of cocoa and sweet flavors.
A really versatile Malawian coffee that will yield a sweet, complex cup of coffee at a wide range of roasts.
For this coffee to really shine, let this coffee breath for an extra day or two after roasting.
    FARM PROFILE

Member farms are located on the highlands of Misuku hills, near the shores of Lake Malawi. Thanks to the regions unique subtropical climate, nutrient rich mineral clay and high altitudes,
coffee beans mature slowly and develop floral undertones and a smooth, creamier body
