Victorian Brooch, Mother of Pearl, Silver Tone Metal, Brooch Pin, White Stones, Vintage Jewelry, Antique Pin, White Navettes
Simple antique mother of pearl brooch, in wonderful condition. The four navettes, marquise cut MOP stones, are claw set onto a darkened metal, open backed base. This darkened patina presents a stark contrast of the claws on the white navettes. The pin mechanism itself stands tall off the brooch so it can be worn on thick fabrics or layers.
SIZE: 2" x 1/2"----approximately 51mm x 13mm
CONDITION: In my opinion, very good to excellent vintage for its age. These mother of pearl stones are real beauties, some of the nicest I've seen. Old fashioned C-clasp works fine.
