    I am happy to offer a lovely  silver  brooch with a hand painted portrait set in a filigree setting . I believe this to be French and turn of the century. It weighs 4.8 grams.It measures 1 1/8 inch approximately.Please look closely at all pictures.It is not marked or signed.
