Olde Gold Estate Jewelry is located in Chico, California.  We are a full service jewelry store that specializes in Vintage, Estate, Consignment, Modern and Custom jewelry. The store was established in 1988 over 30 years ago.  We have 2 Jewelers on site, one is the Owner, and an Appraiser GIA Gemologist on staff.  Our staff has a combined jewelry knowledge of over 30+ years.
Vintage & Estate Jewelry:  Please understand that if it is labeled Vintage or Estate it is either preloved or antique, it is unlikely that it will be in new condition. Everything we sell is sold as is.  Gold may be scuffed, stones may show wear and be slightly loose at times, patina will often be left. We will do our best to describe the piece of jewelry to the best of our abilities, but understand I may miss something that you consider important. Please ask any questions prior to purchase, we are always happy to discuss our jewelry or send you pictures.
Payment:   Accept payments via paypal or credit cards
Shipping:  We will ship as soon as payment has cleared our account. Please remember depending on the method of payment it may take 1 – 3 days for your funds to clear.  Orders can take between 2 – 5 business days to ship. We use US Postmaster Priority Mail, with insurance and tracking in the United States.  We do not ship International at this time. If you need faster service, please contact us for prices on next day. Once package has been delivered, we are no longer responsible.
Returns:   Your happiness is our priority! If there are any concerns please email us, we must approve any returns within 3 days of receipt and must be returned within 7 days to our store. Buyers pay for all shipping both to you and back to the store.  Any item not returned in the same condition in which they were shipped and received, Buyer will be Liable.  Our Gemologist will examine all items returned to verify it is what we sent to you.
All jewelry that has been customized or sized are considered final sale items and not returnable.
