Vintage RUSSIAN Anti Drug POSTER, Print - SMOKING CROW w/ Dead Bird, Needle USSR

You are bidding on a wonderful vintage Russian anti-drug poster from roughly the 1970's-1980's.  Found at an estate of a professor who taught Russian history, this fascinating poster features a crow smoking a cigarette with other cigarettes and a needle under his wing.  I don't read Cyrillic so I'm unsure what the text says on the poster.  It appears that his poster (and another I'm posting) were printed and meant to be cut with scissors before they were posted.  It is signed on the bottom left with what I believe is R. Ubamob.  It measures roughly 21 1/2" x 16" and is vibrant and colorful.  A really remarkable piece.  Condition is good for its age and the fact that it was not meant to be durable (or brought back to the US).  There is a tear near the exclamation point on the right side (see photos) and a crease in the middle.  I plan to ship this poster rolled.  Win both posters and save on shipping.
I use the US Postal Service and use priority mail to ensure quick delivery although size/weight can often be a deterrent due to a balloon fee on boxes over a certain size. Shipping costs are based on weight and distance from my home in Fairhaven, MA. In simplest terms, I ship priority mail unless it is a book (then I ship using media mail) or if the item is bigger than a breadbox or heavier than 5 lbs (unless I can fit it in a flat rate box).   I'm also open to local pick-up at my home in Fairhaven.
