Vtg Antique Thin Victorian Gold Top Bar Pin Seed Pearls

This thin pin measures about 2 3/4" long and is found in preowned condition. It shows wear, scratches, and tarnishing. It could use a good polishing. It's marked Gold Top on the back. I'm not sure what that means, or if the pin has any gold at all. The pin features tiny seed pearls and a couple tiny colored stones. The stick pin is somewhat loose and does not have a strong spring.
