WWII GERMAN AFRIKA KORPS INFANTRY OFFICER'S COLLAR TABS ON COLLAR - CUT FROM UNI

Description

This is a nice World War II German Afrika Korps Infantry Officer’s Collar Tab pair on the collar that was cut from the uniform. The collar tabs are executed in hand embroidered silver bullion thread on a dark green wool background. The each have white infantry litzen in the middle of the bars. They are machine sewn to the tan tropical material of the collar and have been cut from the uniform. Each tab shows some wear to the edges of the green wool underlay. The silver bullion remains bright and shiny and is without damage or corrosion. The underside of the collar is with a lighter weight tan backing material.
